Summary And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Certified Scrum Master Trainer (CST) who thrives on mentoring, coaching, and teaching agile teams to reach their full potential. You will lead Scrum training workshops, develop custom agile training materials, and coach client teams through agile adoption and transformation efforts. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work alongside stakeholders at every level to embed agile principles and enable cultural shifts that drive value delivery.
You’ll join a high-impact consulting team with the opportunity to contribute directly to agile maturity across industries including healthcare, financial services, government, and nonprofits.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare training participants to successfully pass the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master examination.
Facilitate engaging, accredited Scrum certification training (e.g., CSM, A-CSM) across a variety of client settings
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and leadership on agile frameworks, mindset, and practices
Develop and tailor agile training materials, toolkits, and playbooks for client-specific needs
Lead agile assessments and recommend actionable steps for transformation
Support agile adoption strategies, roadmaps, and metrics for continuous improvement
Collaborate with Impact Makers consultants on agile best practices, delivery frameworks, and thought leadership
Required Qualifications
Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) designation through Scrum Alliance or similar (required)
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading enterprise teams
Proven experience conducting CSM/A-CSM training for diverse audiences
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills across all organizational levels
Expertise in applying agile principles within SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify models
Passion for enabling people, teams, and organizations to thrive through agility
Preferred Experience
Experience working in consulting or client-facing agile transformation roles
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile dashboards
Knowledge of change management and organizational design concepts
Familiarity with scaling agile frameworks and portfolio-level agile practices
