We’re looking for a socially savvy, dynamic individual to represent our brand at networking events, build relationships, and connect us with like-minded professionals in tech, marketing, and HR. As a Podcast Host & Business Development Manager, you will be the voice and face of our brand in Berlin, combining content creation with strategic business development. You will attend industry events, build relationships with key decision-makers, and produce engaging digital content that strengthens our presence in the tech and marketing space. If you're a natural storyteller with a talent for sales and networking, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Content Creation & Brand Representation
Host and produce our Berlin-based Tech and Marketing Podcast, featuring industry leaders and innovators.
Create original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms to engage our audience.
Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, and video content that highlight our success stories and services.
Act as the public face of the company, participating in live discussions, webinars, and interviews.
Community Engagement & Networking
Attend tech, marketing, and HR events in Berlin and beyond to grow our presence.
Build and nurture relationships with CEOs, CMOs, HR leaders, and content creators within our target industries.
Identify partnership opportunities with influencers, industry groups, and organizations.
Business Development & Sales
Leverage your content and network to generate warm leads and convert them into clients.
Promote our Talent-as-a-Service model, helping companies hire top global marketing talent at a fraction of local costs.
Develop a strategic approach to pitching and closing deals, positioning us as the go-to hiring solution for tech companies.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact to contract signing.
Proven Content Creator: Experience producing engaging video content, hosting podcasts, or managing social media.
Sales & Business Development Background: Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or partnerships, ideally in tech, HR, or marketing solutions.
Networking Pro: Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships at events and online.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to spot and seize opportunities, pitch ideas, and drive business growth.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Based in Berlin
Experience in digital marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing is a plus.
