Position Summary
We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the evolution of Genesis, our Design System, and shape the experience and standards that empower product teams across our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines visual design excellence with deep systems thinking, strong technical intuition, and a future-forward mindset around AI and automation in design.
You’ll lead the design strategy, component architecture, documentation quality, and adoption efforts for Genesis across web, native mobile, and server-driven UI (SDUI) environments. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to ensure our design system is scalable, cohesive, and accelerates high-quality product delivery.
If you’re passionate about creating the connective tissue across platforms, care deeply about accessibility and visual consistency, and are energized by the emerging intersection of design systems and AI, this role is for you.
