The work to be performed will be on a project basis and will be paid via 1099 or corp to corp. Travel may be required from time to time for client meetings. Sales Performance Consultants are both entrepreneurial and consultative and are experts in business, human performance technologies, and solutioning to diagnose and solve clients’ problems. They can speak comfortably and lead C-Suite and Stakeholder conversations; be a trusted partner/advisor; strategize and build entire performance frameworks and curate the design to deliver it. The Sales Performance Consultant is able to traverse and close large business deals excelling in both agile/startup and enterprise-wide organizations.
