Role objective and key accountabilities:
To support the delivery of high-quality telecom services by executing manual and automated test scenarios across VOX Solutions’ voice, messaging, and data platforms. The Testing Agent will be responsible for identifying service issues, validating routing and connectivity, and ensuring that telecom traffic meets operational and regulatory standards.
This role is critical in maintaining service reliability, customer satisfaction, and compliance within VOX Solutions' global testing framework.
