Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:

Support the eCommerce team through ownership and delivery of recurring sales forecasts in line with current business trends and impact from macro-economic drivers, promotional activity, marketing campaigns, and advertising spend
Assist with creation of the Annual Operating Plan, creating realistic and challenging KPI targets for the eCommerce business with inputs and assumptions from multiple stakeholders
Work with Finance team to translate sales forecasts into net revenue and margin figures to measure performance against plan for fulfilled orders
Partner with Merchandise Planning team to analyze and model eCommerce business impact of promotional offers with focus on sales, margin, and discount rate
Collaborate with the Media team to leverage site-traffic and advertising budget forecasts as predictors of future sales performance with emphasis on CPA/CPO profitability
Build, document, and oversee processes for effective forecasting and planning across departments to ensure alignment in assumptions and sales outcomes
Develop strong, cross-functional relationships with other teams such as Merchandise Planning, Finance, Data Science, Media, and Supply Chain to support the needs of our entire business
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
3+ years of demonstrated success as a business analyst, demand planner or similar role
1+ years of proven success owning and managing total-business sales forecasts
Understanding of the omni-channel retail industry with emphasis on eCommerce or other DTC channels through work experience in similar settings
Experience forecasting or planning at the product category level across multiple channels using historical data, current trends, and other assumptions
Experience querying, cleaning, and analyzing large and often complex datasets
Understanding of data visualization best practices through experience creating dashboards or other high-level business reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Excellent presentation, forecasting, and reporting skills
Advanced ability using Microsoft Excel
Proficiency working in SQL-based data platforms to query, clean, and transform data; familiarity with Looker and/or Snowflake preferred
Understanding of common statistical modeling methodologies used in forecasting is a plus
Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent to create business decks and presentations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which ad-hoc promotional analysis and forecasting are required frequently
Ability to communicate in a compelling manner, drive organizational excellence and influence teams that are directly or indirectly managed
Ability to handle complex problems and streamline processes to achieve department goals
Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to demonstrate personal initiative and accountability while embracing a collaborative approach
