Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, Territory
This role is within the Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) Territory team, which designs and manages all sales territories and assignments. The RSO Manager will work cross-functionally to develop resources that drive sales effectiveness; act as liaison across sales, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.

The Revenue Strategy and Operations team works closely with our sales leaders to identify opportunities and build plans to capture value. Our work is cross-functional and at the heart of the revenue generation engine of the company. Responsibilities range from strategic planning to tactical initiative implementation and execution. This role will work within the RSO Territory team, which designs and manages all sales territories and assignments.
Key responsibilities:
Build recommendations and business cases for sales team optimization and sales opportunity prioritization
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity across our sales channels
Identify new revenue opportunities within our existing product line-up or customer segments
Automate manual sales assignment and territory reporting tasks
Work cross-functionally to develop resources that drive sales effectiveness; act as liaison across sales, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Marketing
Qualifications:
5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or similar experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insight to influence decisions
Salesforce Maps and Territory Planning knowledge highly preferred
Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management knowledge highly preferred
BA / BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance or business preferred
Advanced knowledge of Tableau required
Basic SQL proficiency
Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales organization preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to effectively present to senior leadership
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Primary Assignments for this role:
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive Team Revenue initiative success
Create and manage data sources and Tableau dashboards that improve sales performance
Evolve Team Revenue prospect prioritization and streamline pipeline management
Develop and present recommendations for optimizing Team Revenue deployment
