This is a unique opportunity to shape our data import strategy, build processes from the ground up, and lead a team that ensures our customers have a seamless and accurate data transition onto the Aspire platform.

What You'll Do:

As the first hire on this critical team, you will be instrumental in laying the groundwork for scalable and efficient data import operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process & Tool Development:
    • Design, implement, and continuously refine robust data import and review processes, from initial data extraction to final customer validation.

    • Identify and implement tools and technologies to streamline data transformation, validation, and import into the Aspire platform.

    • Develop and maintain documentation for all data import procedures and best practices.

  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard two initial Data Quality Analysts based in our Armenia office.

    • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Develop training programs and resources to ensure your team is proficient in data manipulation, import processes, and Aspire's platform.

  • Data Import & Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee the end-to-end data import lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of customer data into the Aspire platform.

    • Lead the customer data validation process, working directly with clients to review imported data, address discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.

    • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing preventative measures to minimize future errors.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
    • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Implementation, Success, and Engineering to ensure alignment and optimize the customer onboarding experience.

    • Gather customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of import processes and tooling.

What You'll Bring:
  • SaaS Platform Expertise: Demonstrated experience with importing data into SaaS platforms and a strong understanding of the challenges and best practices involved.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Highly innovative, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of building a new function within a growing organization.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and transform complex datasets. Experience with spreadsheet manipulation (e.g., advanced Excel functions) and data validation tools is essential.

  • Leadership & Coaching: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

  • Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

  • Problem-Solver: Creative and determined in overcoming technical and process challenges.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
