Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

Proven experience as a Senior React Developer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience with modern CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion) and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS would be a plus.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redux).
Ensuring the UI works seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
Experience with build tools such as Vite, Rollup.

Front-End Development & UI Design

Exceptional knowledge of CSS, including advanced concepts, best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
Extensive experience with CSS animations, transitions, and keyframe animations to build highly interactive user interfaces.
Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a track record of collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate designs into engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

Real-Time & Embedded Technologies

Deep understanding of WebRTC fundamentals: This includes concepts like peer connections, ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment), STUN/TURN servers, signalling, media streams (audio/video), and data channels.
Experience in creating embedded widget components, including knowledge of integration challenges and best practices across diverse web environments.

Problem Solving & Collaboration

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Be able to work Monday to Friday within our core office hours of 10:00 to 16:00 Irish Summer Time / GMT.
