Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about health and wellness products, including usage, benefits, and availability.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Stay up to date on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in health and wellness or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
