Job description

We believe in the power of storytelling and the impact of a strong digital presence. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team part-time and help us make waves across the digital landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Own our social media on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook — craft catchy posts, manage the content calendar, and engage our audience;
  • Drive email campaigns end-to-end with Mailchimp — write, design, schedule, and grow contact lists with Sales;
  • Find and connect with influencers and podcasters to build exciting partnerships;
  • Lead our YouTube Expert Video Series — pick topics, host recordings, edit, and promote videos;
  • Send holiday postcards to clients and team members;
  • Plan and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns — write copy, target audiences, and track results.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a similar social media or content role, preferably within a B2B environment;
  • Writing Skills: Advanced written English with the ability to craft juicy, catchy content that captures attention and drives engagement;
  • Task Ownership: Self-motivated and accountable; able to ideate independently and consistently meet deadlines;
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms, content management tools, email marketing software (Mailchimp), and basic design/editing tools;
  • Versatility: Ability to write authentically in multiple brand voices, adapting tone and style as needed;
  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: Strong conceptual skills with a keen eye for what works in social media;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for outreach and partnership coordination.
