Project Manager, IT Integrations

Description

Position Purpose: We’re excited to invite an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in IT integrations to join our team and lead complex projects within staffing industry solutions, focusing on Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office technologies. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multimillion dollar, end-to-end IT integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Ensure all integration projects are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Oversee the integration of various IT systems, applications, and platforms to streamline staffing processes and improve efficiency
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and challenges
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment, promoting continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• PMI or PMP certification
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT integrations.
• Experience working in a professional service setting implementing software projects for internal and external clients
• Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and integration methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
