Position Summary:

Carroll Motor Fuels is seeking a results-oriented Fuel Sales Specialist to join our expanding commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage both sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fuel sales, pricing, and operational coordination.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management

· Identify, target, and secure new commercial fuel customers in assigned territories.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

· Negotiate pricing and contractual terms that meet customer needs and internal margin targets.

Administrative & Operational Support

· Perform administrative functions to support the full sales cycle: daily pricing updates, forecasting, reporting, CRM database maintenance, customer correspondence, and internal communications.

· Ensure all customer account setups are completed accurately and invoicing processes are streamlined by coordinating with Accounting Managers/Specialists.

· Track daily fuel loads and supply allocations (if applicable), recommending optimal pull points to enhance delivery efficiency.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

· Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings to inform strategy.

· Provide management with weekly/monthly activity reports, sales forecasts, and market insights.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, products, and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fuel, energy, or logistics sectors.

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

· Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.

· Valid driver's license; travel within territory as needed.
