Potter Electric Signal Company is looking for a strategic and driven Regional Sales Manager - West to lead growth efforts within our Western US territory. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our presence in sprinkler monitoring, corrosion solutions, and fire alarm products by strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll work across distribution channels, OEMs, engineering firms, and end users to increase market share and drive sustained revenue growth. This is a key position for someone who understands technical sales and thrives on building long-term customer value.

This job operates in a professional business office or home office where standard office equipment is routinely used, such as computers, photocopy machines, fax machines, telephones and filing cabinets.
This position is largely a sedentary role. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
This is a full-time position, with travel up to 75% of the time. This role will work remotely in the field and in a home office environment.
