Regional Account Manager


We are searching for a Regional Account Manager to work in coordination with National Accounts, and in support of the overall account strategy, to execute selling and account penetration strategies with National Customers. In this role you will grow the business by developing, strengthening, and managing key customer relationships within assigned accounts and territory. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with customers and franchise network to increase program and brand awareness.

 

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with National Accounts and Sales Leadership on growth strategies specific to retain and expand services provided to existing national customers.
  • Develop, manage, and implement selling strategies with sales and leaders within assigned accounts to drive profitable revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Strengthen relations with franchise network to execute on opportunities presented by National Customers.
  • Partner with franchise network on sales events to increase brand and program awareness in respective markets.
  • Provide feedback from customer and network experiences to National Accounts to support client retention and growth strategy.
  • Support the implementation of new programs and new services to drive account penetration.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal resources, including account management team, operations, marketing, etc.to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Work with Marketing to assist in coordination of events and communications to new and existing customers.
  • Attend customer and industry events and leads customer meetings.
  • Handle client and network service issues through resolution, including tracking and reporting as required.
  • Collect and apply market and customer intelligence.
  • Support national tasks as directed by sales management.
     
     

What you will bring:

  • Experience within respective industries required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in an account management role in a services industry responsible for large B2B customer relationships
  • Strong relationship management skills to build sales momentum to drive growth
  • Strong competitive selling capabilities and thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
