Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a candidate who will have the opportunity to increase the effectiveness of the Global Head of Corporate Finance and Infrastructure by executing scheduling and travel and customer meetings that will allow this executive and the teams he leads (Corporate Finance and Infrastructure Equity) to spend more time with customers and more time evaluating investments. This role is based in Boston and can by hybrid or 100% remote
What is in it for you:
• Salary: Hourly rate of $32 to $34/h.
• 8-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) or fully remote
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support
• Calendar management
• Booking travel (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.)
• Creating expense reports to submit to accounting
• All delegation requests
• Office Management
• Perform general office duties.
• Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Meeting & Event Coordination
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for internal and external meetings.
What you will need to succeed:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic mentoring skills to support and provide constructive feedback.
