Your mission
Join Amberscript’s Innovations Team — a fast-moving, independent group inside a larger company, building and launching cutting-edge AI tools. Think of it as an internal startup, where speed, autonomy, and experimentation are core to how we work. We operate with a "can-do" mentality and ship fast GTMs to learn what sticks.

One of our current launches is Amber Notes, an AI-powered meeting assistant that transcribes conversations and generates summaries and action points. It’s just the beginning — we’re also testing agentic research copilots and other zero-to-one AI products designed to make work radically more efficient.
What you will achieve
  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion for Amber Notes and our upcoming AI tools.
  • Define, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, paid social, SEO/SEM).
  • Build and manage the marketing tech stack (Hubspot/CRM, analytics, automation, landing page builders, etc.).
  • Develop content and messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align MQL → SQL conversion strategies.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on ads, landing pages, email sequences, and user journeys.
  • Monitor growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, MQLs, signups, churn) and report weekly insights to leadership.
Your profile
  • 3–5+ years in growth marketing for B2B2C SaaS products, ideally in productivity or AI.
  • Track record of scaling MQLs and revenue through measurable, high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong command of marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Segment, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable setting up dashboards, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting and positioning skills for technical/AI-based products.
  • Based in the EU.
