Job description

This is a remote position.


40 hours a week
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 AM- 5 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.


Scope:
  • Eastern Time zone hours
  • Direct reporting relationship with project leader
  • Independent project work focused on market research recruitment
  • Multi-channel outreach campaigns across various technology sectors
  • Remote work environment with full integration into client team
  • Potential for scaling into team leadership role as operations grow
  • Access to dialer systems and outreach automation tools
  • Performance measured by successful participant recruitment and interview completion rates

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential research participants based on specific technology areas and client profiles
  • Build comprehensive contact lists and verify contact information accuracy
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage potential research participants
  • Explain research opportunities and secure participant agreement for interviews
  • Share AI interviewer links with confirmed participants (no scheduling required)
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities and participant responses
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining persistent outreach efforts
  • Work directly with project leaders to understand research requirements and target profiles


Requirements:

  • Strong background in lead generation and outbound sales/outreach
  • Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Background in recruitment or HR is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation through high-volume outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
