You'll build the financial foundation for expansion through insightful reporting, accurate projections, and strategic input. If you’re an experienced accountant who thrives in both high-level planning and hands-on execution, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead financial restructuring to support growth and expansion

  • Develop budgeting and forecasting models to guide business decisions

  • Provide weekly financial analysis and strategic reporting to leadership

  • Build financial projections aligned with long-term scalability goals

  • Partner with the virtual assistant team on back-office finance tasks

  • Generate custom reports and insights beyond standard bookkeeping

  • Act as a strategic financial advisor and accountability partner

  • Support planning for new clinic spaces and expansion investments

  • Offer independent, analytical input and challenge financial assumptions when needed

  • Manage and optimize QuickBooks systems and financial workflows

Requirements
  • Senior-level accounting experience with strong strategic and analytical skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)

  • Advanced experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

  • Knowledge of AP/AR and financial operations

  • Familiarity with tax preparation (preferred but not required)

  • Experience supporting business expansion or multi-location growth

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to work independently and provide confident financial guidance

  • Prior experience helping startups or small businesses scale operations
