Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Working exclusively in Xero, you’ll handle end-to-end bookkeeping for several entities, playing a key role in keeping the operations organized and scalable. Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing transactions across 3–4 active entities (expanding to 5)

  • Accurately allocate and categorize all transactions within Xero

  • Process and reconcile credit card transactions with precision

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records through regular weekly or bi-daily sessions

  • Navigate Xero to organize and manage financial data efficiently

  • Adapt to growing transaction volumes as the business expands

  • Collaborate with the client’s accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations



Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Xero (required)

  • Strong background in bookkeeping with high accuracy and reliability

  • Excellent communication skills for seamless remote collaboration

  • Ability to manage multiple entities and handle varied workflows

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail

  • Availability to work during Melbourne business hours

  • Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping is a plus
