Job description

As Executive Assistant, you'll be the organizational powerhouse behind the senior executives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Prioritizing daily workload and managing agendas for the MD & COO

• Inbox management: Organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails where appropriate

• Diary management: Scheduling and prioritizing meetings across time zones

• Meeting follow-up: Reviewing minutes and translating action items into tasks in Teamwork
(PM software)

• Monitoring task progress and nudging contractors for replies and to stay on track

• Preparing and formatting internal and external communications—memos, presentations,
reports

• Supporting Quarterly Finance processes by coordinating documentation from relevant
parties

• Assisting with Performance Reviews, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and annual
evaluations

• Coordinating group learning sessions and company-wide meetings

• Managing correspondence with ACX (Audible) and other external partners

• Performing ad hoc research and technical tasks

• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
