We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital campaigns, content scheduling, CRM setup, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing knowledge and a desire to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment, with a strong focus on process-driven tasks, SEO optimization, and client support.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content, including blogs and social media posts (LinkedIn and Meta; note: TikTok is not used).
Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients.
Assist with email marketing setup across platforms such as SEM Rush, GoHighLevel, and Mailchimp.
Support CRM setup using GoHighLevel and ClickUp—establishing folders, projects, and task structures for marketing workflows.
Handle basic reporting and assist with performance tracking across digital channels.
Contribute to SEO efforts using tools like Ubersuggest, SEMRush, WordPress, and the YOAST SEO plugin.
Support marketing automation processes and assist with client onboarding (e.g., discovery calls and CRM setup)—including additional VA-type support tasks.
Collaborate with the team and provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
Content creation and management is not part of this role, but coordination may be required.
Use tools like PUBLER for post scheduling and ClickUp for project management.
Maintain and follow content calendars and campaign timelines.
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and assist in campaign improvement suggestions.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internship experience acceptable).
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, PUBLER, Google Analytics, and email platforms like Mailchimp or GoHighLevel.
Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Basic understanding of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ubersuggest, and WordPress plugins (YOAST).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn, grow, and retain knowledge—applying feedback constructively.
Strong sense of accountability and ability to support a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PH Time)
