US Accountant (Remote)

Background

At PeoplePartners, we’re proud to support one of our innovative clients in the construction and service industry. We’re looking for a US Accountant (WFH) who’s eager to support projects, manage AIA pay applications, and help keep operations running smoothly.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll handle essential accounting functions, from pay applications to invoicing, lien notices, and more. You’ll also get exposure to project costing and material tracking—there’s plenty of room to grow here.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare AIA format pay applications using GCPay, Procore, or Textura.
  • Manage standard QuickBooks invoices for service tickets, licenses, and contracts.
  • Handle waivers, warranties, and closeout documents.
  • Track receivables and assist with collections.
  • Support project teams with job costing and materials tracking.
