The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for Medical Representative to join our Thailand OTC team on a full-time basis and based in Bangkok.

 

This role is responsible for providing company product knowledge to pharmacist, other relevant HCP and selling company products to pharmacy stores. It will be required to monitor brand performance in the context of the local competitive and macro-environment and adjust executional strategies appropriately to maximize performance.


Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:

  • Promote the company’s medication to pharmacist, and other relevant HCP
  • Develop and manage a territory to achieve sales goal
  • Scheduling call planning with pharmacist, and other relevant HCP through VeeVA CRM
  • Develop territory strategy for increasing opportunity
  • Building and maintaining good business relationship with pharmacist, and other relevant HCP
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications
  • Make product presentation to pharmacist, and other relevant HCP
  • Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products
  • Drive enlisting program into pharmacy stores

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or any related fields.
  • Experience in sales at least 3 years. Experiences in OTC channel would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, good analytical & negotiation skill, and commitment towards sales target achievement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Own transportation and have a driving license
