Funciones:

Se espera que trabaje de forma autónoma y se convierta en referente técnico

Responsable de diseñar, construir y configurar aplicaciones que respondan a los requisitos de negocio y funcionales.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para recopilar y analizar requerimientos funcionales.
Aplicar buenas prácticas en el desarrollo y diseño de aplicaciones, con foco en el rendimiento y la experiencia de usuario.
Realizar pruebas y depuración exhaustivas para garantizar entregables de alta calidad.
Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias y tecnologías de desarrollo iOS.
Mentorizar a perfiles junior y fomentar un entorno colaborativo de aprendizaje.

Requisitos técnicos

Se requiere un dominio avanzado en desarrollo de aplicaciones iOS con Apple, así como un profundo conocimiento en arquitectura móvil iOS, herramientas de desarrollo, y frameworks de interfaz de usuario para iOS (+ 5 años):
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo iOS con Swift
- Dominio avanzado de UIKit
- Conocimientos de arquitecturas clean (VIP o VIPER)
- Conocimientos de arquitectura MVVM (deseable)
- Gestión de dependencias (CocoaPods o Swift Package Manager)
- Experiencia con testing (unit tests)
- Buenas prácticas de control de versiones (Git, branching)
- Experiencia revisando pull requests
- Perfil senior con capacidad para guiar técnicamente a otros compañeros
- Experiencia en seguimiento de tareas y entregables
- Habilidad para colaborar con diseño, producto y otros equipos técnicos
- Despliegue de APP en Apple store
- Herramientas de monitorización y rendimiento
