Under the direction of the Arts and Sciences Business Services Center Fiscal Lead, provides primary fiscal support to the Arts & Sciences (ASC) Business Services Center (BSC). Responsible for the initial Arts and Sciences BSC Workday review of fiscal transactions including travel and non-travel reimbursements, procurement card transactions, requests to travel pre-trip, non-purchase order/miscellaneous payments to individual guests and suppliers, and initiates supplier ID requests submitted by ASC units while ensuring all University and ASC policies and procedures are followed. Ensures all supporting documentation conforms to the University guidelines. Serves as a point of contact to faculty and staff on appropriate fiscal procedures. Works as a team member of the BSC to provide excellent customer service to the faculty and staff ensuring processing is timely, efficient, accurate, and compliant. Provides back-up procurement support. Submits external vendor terms and conditions to Purchasing in OnBase for review per ASC unit request. Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned, including training for those that initiate and approve unit transactions.
Required: High School diploma or GED. Two years of relevant experience working in a business administration role, financial or procurement environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Desired: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; considerable knowledge of university policies, rules, and regulations; experience using fiscal principles and applications; Experience utilizing Workday for OSU financial transactions.

The pay range for this job profile is $21.35 - $27.88. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
