  • Schedule and conduct interviews while managing candidate databases for accuracy and confidentiality.

      We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
      • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
      • Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
      • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
      • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

       

      Qualifications
      • Experience in full scale recruitment within the pharmaceutical or clinical trials industry is a must
      • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Must be a fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
      • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
      • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
