Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience in full scale recruitment within the pharmaceutical or clinical trials industry is a must
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
