Your Responsibilities

• SAP Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchase orders (training provided).
• Invoice Processing: Enter and manage invoice data in SAP.
• Payment Monitoring: Track and oversee payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
• Contract Management: Support the creation and administration of land lease and other contracts using the SAP Real Estate Module.
• Administrative Support: Manage contract signatures, documentation correspondence, and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Coordination & Budget Monitoring: Collaborate with global teams, assist in budget tracking, and help explain key variances.
• Transaction Support: Contribute to tasks related to SPV acquisitions and legal entity creation.

Your Profile

• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar cost-controlling tools is advantageous.
• Digital Proficiency: Confident in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks autonomously.
