Job description

Summary

The Setup squad is responsible for a suite of tools and services that enable the creation of Organizations, Programs, and parameter configurations, ensuring the correct behavior of financial products across the platform.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain projects using the Golang language with deployment on AWS.
Proactively contributes to the betterment of other engineers in the company, through sponsoring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.
Consistently leads their squad to good outcomes from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate engineering decisions are made to factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability, and business need.
Execution of Terraform to create/remove new resources on AWS.
Monitoring applications through logs/metrics
Participation in technical analysis with product team requirements.
Promote cross-team collaboration and act as a technical reference to share knowledge and drive alignment across squads.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

Upper Intermediate English Level (B2)

Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
Golang
Any cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Infra as a code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation)
Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
Microservices
Unit and Integration Test
