✔️ What You’ll Do

• Provide virtual therapy to children, teens, and families via secure telehealth
  • Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
  • Maintain timely documentation in our user-friendly EHR
  • Participate in individual and group supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians)
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support outcomes

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Michigan as one of the following:
    – LMSW, LLMSW
    – LPC, LLPC
    – LP, LLP, TLLP
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
  • Strong documentation and communication skills in virtual settings
  • Passion for inclusive, trauma-informed therapy
  • Michigan residency required

✔️ Pay & Benefits

• Licensed Therapists: $45–$60 per billable hour (based on license & experience)
  • Pre-Licensed Clinicians: Competitive hourly rate + full licensure supervision
