LastPass is looking for aCampaign Operations Manager:

This role will be our go-to Subject Matter Expert operations, automation, and campaign launches within Marketo. Your remit will be to ensure the enterprise lead funnel is best in class, and that campaigns, launches, and world-class events are executed flawlessly and efficiently. Optimizing and governing systems and processes within your purview, you’ll ensure that the team innovates, grows, and thrives. This role requires you to be tech-savvy, detail- and process-oriented, customer-centric and analytical team member who is comfortable communicating across both non-technical and technical audiences. 

This role has a strong passion for generating processes, a data-driven approach and desire to do things at scale. This role is a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across sales and marketing teams. This role is comfortable with handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. This role is someone who is organized, analytical, and data driven, with an interest in complex marketing/sales and product databases.

Who will you work with?

You’ll partner with marketing stakeholders including Campaigns, Demand, GTM, Events, and Marketing Analytics as well as cross-functional partners including engineering and sales/sales operations. 

Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Lead the development and implementation of our campaign operations processes ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results. 
  • Manage campaign workflows, from setup through execution, ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and meet quality standards. 
  • Handle various marketing automation requests from internal customers, spanning single emails, multi-step campaigns, webinars, event programs, and database management tasks. 
  • Optimize campaign performance by monitoring, testing, and iterating on various elements (e.g., messaging, targeting, channels). 
  • Create functional and flexible program templates and scalable strategies for program execution. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time, accurate insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, engagement, pipeline, ARR and ROI. 
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems. 
  • Continuously assess and refine campaign workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability across the marketing team. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to streamline campaign execution and reporting.

  • Advanced campaign operations experience, business acumen, strong technical abilities, and working knowledge of Marketo 
  • Proven history of crafting, creating, and delivering impactful marketing campaign programs across diverse channels and methods 
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript  
  • Marketo Certified 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Pay Range
$109,500$135,000 USD
