• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury sector and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain expertise in brand products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
• A valid passport and willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
