Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM, or EU regions.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Use a variety of sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and specialized platforms.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
  • Monitor and report on sourcing metrics and performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor insights, and sourcing best practices.
