Design Project Lead

We’re looking for a proactive Design Project Lead to own the full design process — from discovery and communication to delivery and support. You’ll guide the team, ensure design quality, contribute creative direction, and mentor designers through hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

You’ll be part of a design team that creates solutions for clients in the financial and healthcare sectors. Our projects focus on improving user experience, simplifying complex workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making. We’re passionate about building clear, user-friendly designs that bring real value to both users and the business. 

Requirements 

• Solid English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher) 

• Proven experience leading design projects and cross-functional teams 

• Good understanding of project management fundamentals 

• Strong expertise in UX strategy and information architecture 

• Sharp eye for detail and UI design quality 

• Strong mentoring and team support skills 

• Hands-on experience working closely with developers 

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships 

• Experience facilitating design workshops is a strong plus 

Responsibilities 

• Own and ensure the quality of design across multiple projects 

• Provide design leadership and direction to the team 

• Drive and contribute to the creation of complex product designs 

• Develop clear and structured design documentation 

• Actively participate in the design process, helping shape product vision 

• Lead communication with stakeholders and clients
