European Sales Territory Manager
📍 Remote | 💼 Fire Protection | 💰 £110K+ OTE
Be the face of ECS across Europe.

 

About the Role

We’re seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead our expansion across Europe in the fire protection sector. This is a high-impact role where relationship-building and revenue generation are key. At ECS, you’ll play a central role in driving growth and delivering technical solutions to a dynamic and evolving client base.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Actively identify and engage new leads via digital research, social media, and lead gen platforms.

  • Account Management: Strengthen and grow relationships with current ECS customers, offering training and support to ensure ongoing success.

  • Sales Outreach: Follow up on assigned leads, cold call potential clients, and deliver compelling presentations showcasing ECS solutions.

  • Travel & Client Engagement: Travel extensively (50–70%) across Europe to meet prospects and clients, cultivating trusted partnerships and closing deals.

  • Industry Participation: Represent ECS at major events and associations, including AFSA, NFSA, and SFPE.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM entries, and drive follow-ups to hit and exceed goals.
