About the Program
The Graduate Associate Program is an intensive, 2–3 month immersion designed to accelerate the careers of early professionals across four core business areas: People & Culture, Customer Success, Sales & Lead Generation, and Product Management.
Ideal for recent graduates or junior professionals with 1–2 years of experience, this bootcamp-style experience is designed to help participants build expertise, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain mentorship from experienced leaders—all within a short but high-impact period.
Program Tracks
Participants will apply to one of four tracks based on interest and background. Each track includes a mix of hands-on work, shadowing, mentorship, and a capstone project.
People & Culture (HR Associate – Culture, Ops, OD Track)
You Will:
Contribute to culture & engagement initiatives.
Streamline HR processes and support systems.
Support learning & development coordination.
Shadow and assist in organizational development sessions.
Present a short audit or improvement proposal for one HR process.
2. Customer Success (Customer Success Associate Track)
You Will:
Assist in onboarding and supporting customer accounts.
Shadow customer calls and help document insights.
Analyze product adoption metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate on a customer success knowledge base article or tool.
Present a mini-case on a customer experience improvement opportunity.
3. Sales & Growth (SDR / Lead Generation Research Track)
You Will:
Research and build prospect lists for live campaigns.
Create outreach scripts and messaging templates.
Assist in tracking lead engagement and pipeline metrics.
Propose a lead-gen strategy for a new market segment.
Present findings and results from one lead generation experiment.
4. Product Management (Product Owners Associate Track)
You Will:
Help write and refine product user stories.
Support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Shadow user interviews or feedback sessions.
Participate in product testing and documentation.
Deliver a mini roadmap or product concept brief.
