📍 Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Find candidates through online platforms, social media, and job boards.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes to identify qualified truck driver candidates.
  • Communication: Engage with candidates via phone, email, or in person, and schedule interviews.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback.
  • Candidate Relationship: Maintain positive relationships with candidates and provide updates.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate candidate records in the tracking system.
  • Job Posting: Help create and post job descriptions to attract candidates.
  • Learning: Participate in training to improve recruitment knowledge.


📝 Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and team members. Fluency in another language such as German, will be considered a big plus.
  • Strong social and cognitive skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of recruitment principles, with experience in the transport and logistics industry being a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms for research, communication, and documentation, ensuring efficient recruitment processes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the transportation industry and truck driver recruitment.
  • Availability to work between 12–8 p.m.
