Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for the mellohome network ecosystem. Initializes the engagement between all mellohome parties for the introduction of assignment of the referral process. Follows up with loanDepot customers and book of business to discuss the benefits of solar, home improvement, and home security services. Engages in outbound dials and plays a pivotal role in referring clients to loanDepot's partnered companies. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
Plays a Relationship Engagement role, becoming the initial referral hub between solar, home improvement, and home security.
Makes outbound calls to loanDepot customers to discuss solar, home improvement, and home security services.
Follows up with leads and book of business to provide information and assistance to customers.
Refers clients to loanDepot partnered companies for incentives based on referrals.
Ensures a high level of care and attention to customer needs.
Provides support and guidance to customers throughout the entire process.
Proactively works to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Responsible for all transaction milestones by tracking initial handoff between consumer and referral partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of one (1) + years’ equivalent work experience.
Experience in sales preferred.
Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm pacific time.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $16.35 and $18.00/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
