Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and lead quality assurance efforts across complex, high-impact projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation strategies that ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.

You bring several years of hands-on experience in automation frameworks, strong technical and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of modern development workflows. As a senior engineer, you also mentor junior team members, influence testing strategy, and help drive continuous improvement across QA practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a QA Automation Engineer, ideally in Agile development environments.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive in learning and applying new technologies.

• Confident in technical decision-making and quality ownership.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience in test planning, test case creation, execution, and reporting.
• Hands-on programming experience using JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools for validating functionality, UI, and security.
• Experience implementing automated usability testing strategies.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• Skilled in testing and integrating APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in using version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on testing of mobile applications across platforms.
• Familiarity with data testing practices, pipelines, and validation.
