What You'll Do
  • Lead and optimize paid acquisition strategies with a heavy focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Leverage your 500k+ social media following to test, promote, and grow brand presence organically and through collabs

  • Launch and iterate high-impact campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

  • Analyze campaign data to drive ROI and customer growth

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and audience targeting

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior shifts

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of results

  • A personal or brand social media following of 500,000+ across one or multiple platforms

  • Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.

  • A/B testing and optimization pro

  • Passion for building community and storytelling through content

  • Based in the U.S., with availability during standard U.S. business hours
