Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, certified Mat Pilates Instructor who can inspire, educate, and elevate our members through intentional movement. This instructor will deliver energizing, low-impact classes focused on core strength, posture, mobility, and overall body awareness—supporting Eden’s larger mission of improving metabolic and musculoskeletal health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-quality, safe, and engaging mat Pilates classes in group and/or one-on-one settings
  • Modify exercises for a range of abilities and fitness levels, including those in medical or restorative programs
  • Collaborate with fitness and care teams to align programming with broader member health goals
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and empowering environment for all members
  • Stay current on Pilates methodology, functional movement practices, and metabolic wellness trends
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment safety standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Eden—educating members on additional wellness services and membership offerings
