What You'll Do:

Your role as a CMA will include a variety of essential back-office tasks, such as:

  • Setting up and cleaning exam rooms between visits
  • Taking patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit
  • Coordinating diagnostic tests and imaging
  • Assisting with in-office procedures
  • Scheduling surgeries and follow-ups
  • Communicating test results and prescription details to patients
  • Instrument cleaning and sterilization
  • Monitoring medical inventory and supply restocking
  • Uploading and documenting patient records and incoming health documents
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Medical Assistant with 1 year of experience (ENT experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with medical terminology and EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • National CMA certification and current CPR certification preferred
  • Immunization records (Hep B, TB) required for healthcare setting
