Position Summary

The role of the Distribution Tech I reports to the Materials Manager. This position is responsible for receiving and distributing supplies throughout the organization.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Maintain an effective and organized storeroom
Ensure inventory in Omnicell is maintained
Receive, sort, and distribute parts, equipment, and materials to the appropriate designation
Clean and maintain supplies, equipment, and storeroom
Assist with maintaining appropriate documentation
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED
Licensure and Certifications: N/A
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital receiving department, preferred.

Work Environment: This position will spend approximately 80% of the time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs and 20% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment.
