The Integration Developer will be a key member of the CI&T Integration team, primarily responsible for developing and implementing integrations between Workday, Salesforce, and other systems. This role is intended for candidates who are eager to learn and adapt, as it includes a reskilling phase focused on Workday, Workday Studio, Workday APIs, and various integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in a reskilling program to gain proficiency in Workday, Workday Studio, Workday APIs, and relevant integration tools;
- Develop, test, and maintain integration solutions using Workday and Salesforce technologies;
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical solutions;
- Employ version control systems (Git/GitHub) for code management and collaboration effectively;
- Implement Continuous Integration (CI) processes using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to automate software building, testing, and deployment;
- Maintain and improve integration performance and reliability through observability tools and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in software development or integration work, with a solid foundation in programming languages;
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements;
- Solid programming skills in relevant programming languages and experience with version control systems;
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and its integration points is a plus;
- Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira/ADO;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
