KalSoft is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced contractual Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-functional Consultant to expand their already existing ERP implementation team.
If you are an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, then this is a unique opportunity for you. This role is a customer facing role, responsible for covering all aspects of scope, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central. The candidate will work as part of a development and consulting team on focused solutions. This is a remote opportunity with an attractive package in CAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking full end to end Business Central implementations.
Some other activities you can expect to be involved in include:
- Implementation projects
- Needs Analysis
- GAP Analysis
- Solution Design
- Installation & configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Data migration including preparation, manipulation and importing.
- User Acceptance Testing in conjunction with agreeing the plan with the client.
- User training
Gather customer requirements and provide functional solutions.
Capability to manage workload and projects.
Ability to regularly update project documentation.
Working consistently with Microsoft SureStep methodology to the highest standard possible
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and other relevant parties.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an ERP Implementation Consultant for a partner with multiple end to end ERP implementations of D365 Business Central
Strong, proven consultancy skills. Delivery focused and experienced in successfully delivering projects.
Great understanding of business processes
Excellent communication skills - written, oral and presentation. Proven experience engaging with key stakeholders and business representatives.
Decisive and can take initiative to drive a project forward to ensure delivery.
A methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving
Excellent customer engagement skills
Strong database and data analysis skills
Have a strong Finance background.
Successful experience working with end-to-end implementations of the finance module.
