GrowthAssistant is seeking a data-driven and proactive Paid Social & Paid Ads Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads campaign management, performance optimization, and reporting. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional marketing team to drive measurable results and continuous improvement across paid media channels.

The Role

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, with structured A/B testing to determine what works best
Run and optimize Google Ad campaigns, particularly across Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and Video formats
Continuously optimize Meta & Google Ads using data insights from KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CPM
Identify, monitor, and troubleshoot paid media challenges and proactively report performance trends

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets or Excel with advanced formulas, graphs, pivot tables, and charts
Share creative performance insights with the team to inform design and messaging updates
Track and analyze performance in BI tools like Singular and Omni Analytics (or similar)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collect ad copy, assets, and creatives from the marketing team
Actively participate in daily team standups to provide campaign updates and insights
Communicate regularly via Slack, email, and video calls to ensure alignment and performance awareness
Monitor campaign QA and flag issues or recommend optimizations as needed

The Requirements

3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with expertise in Facebook and TikTok. (Experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat is a plus!)
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and speak to strategy.
Comfortable using Looker Studio or other analytics tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, and data manipulation).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads preferred.
Available to work EST hours.

The Compensation

₱70,000 to ₱80,000/month
