$NP Designs is a New York State Certified M/WBE creative agency specializing in brand development, web design, graphic design, and augmented reality experiences and art.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Assist in developing engaging and informative content (text, images, videos, stories) across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn). Curate user-generated content and relevant industry news.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging online community. Identify and engage with influencers and relevant online communities.
  • Scheduling & Publishing: Schedule and publish content across different platforms using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. (Can be taught)
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions. Analyze data and provide insights to optimize social media campaigns. (Can be taught)
  • Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns, including planning, implementation, and reporting. (Can be taught)
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes. Identify opportunities to leverage new platforms and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members (e.g., content writers, graphic designers) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creating reports, organizing assets, and managing social media calendars.

Requirements:

  • Basic Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Must have a working knowledge of popular social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and their functionalities.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, text) for social media posts. Basic photography/videography skills are a plus.
  • Written Communication Skills: Must have excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling captions and engaging with followers.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Must be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and collaborating effectively with other team members.
  • Access to Technology: Must have access to a personal iPhone, iPad, or computer with internet access at home to perform social media-related tasks.
  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar programs are beneficial for creating visually appealing content.
  • Photography/Videography Skills: Experience in taking high-quality photos and videos for social media is a plus.
  • Content Editing Skills: Basic photo and video editing skills are beneficial.
  • Understanding of Social Media Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to track key metrics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Trends: Staying up-to-date on current social media trends and best practices is beneficial.
  • Interest in Art/Design: An interest in art, design, or the creative industry is a plus, as it will align with $NP Designs’ focus.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Must have a working laptop/computer and mic. Smartphones will not be acceptable for work
