Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to ensure maximum campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Keep up-to-date with Meta Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social efforts with overall marketing goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in a similar paid social media advertising role.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Meta’s advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
