Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM California Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with qualified candidates for various roles across the company. This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals)
Screen and assess resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
Support job posting creation and updates across relevant channels
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems (e.g., Workable, BreezyHR, Greenhouse)
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (admin, sales, tech, etc.) is a plus
