Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM California Time 

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with qualified candidates for various roles across the company. This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals)

  • Screen and assess resumes to identify qualified candidates

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain candidate tracking systems and ensure data accuracy

  • Support job posting creation and updates across relevant channels

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role

  • Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRM systems (e.g., Workable, BreezyHR, Greenhouse)

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (admin, sales, tech, etc.) is a plus
