Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive data verification in Excel by comparing and cross-referencing files from multiple sources
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Organize and transfer payroll data across multiple Excel files with individual employee tabs
  • Manage billing file processing and populate QuickBooks-compatible templates
  • Verify financial data accuracy including rate validation and error checking
  • Provide executive calendar management and scheduling coordination
  • Research and evaluate new software solutions and administrative tools
  • Maintain and update expiration dates across various business software systems
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks that support overall business operations
  • Work directly with business leadership to ensure timely and accurate task completion
